Overview of Our Process

Where do we start? It’s easy and fun… Follow us.
  1. Tell us about your training needs.
    One of our account executives specializing in training will be assigned to you. Consider them your personal project manager. They will take control of your training project from our end and make sure everything goes according to plan. This will allow you to focus on your normal day-to-day task.
  2. Compiling a price list.
    After collecting the details about your training needs, your project manager will compile a list of options and prices for you.
    This information is then emailed directly to you and your project manager will follow-up with a phone call to go over the information and answer any questions you may have.
  3. Scheduling training for your staff.
    After selecting an option, your project manager will work with you to schedule the dates for your training.
  4. Let’s get down to learning.
    On the training day, depending on the training option, our qualified Instructor will arrive with all the training materials in hand ready to get started.
  5. Evaluate us.
    After each training session, we will hand out an evaluation sheet. This will allow you to give us any feedback based on your training session. This helps us better understand your unique learning needs and allows us to evaluate how we can do things differently in the future to enhance your learning experience.
