Overview of Our Process

Where do we start? It’s easy and fun… Follow us.
  1. Tell us about your printing needs.
One of our account executives specializing in print products will be assigned to you. Consider them your personal project manager. They will take control of your printing project from our end and make sure everything goes according to plan. This will allow you to focus on your normal day-to-day task.
  2. Compiling a price list.
After collecting the details about your printing needs, your project manager will compile a price list for you, whether it is for any of our ready-to-go products or a custom print job, and any design times if artwork is needed.
After compiling all the price information, it is emailed directly to you. Your project manager will follow-up with a phone call to go over the pricing list and answer any questions you may have before choosing a product.
  3. Artwork preparation.
If this is a re-print of another job, then we simply pull your files from our archive (done in Step 7) and proceed on to Step 4, to ensure you don’t need any changes.
If you are using your own graphics files, simply upload them to our servers and our Graphic Design Team will take a look at your file(s) to make sure they are optimized and ready to be handed off to our Print Team.
If you require artwork for this print project, we pass your requirements over to the Graphic Designer most qualified for your projects needs. See our Graphic Design Process for details on how this works.
  4. Proofing your design.
If we prepared your file you will do this in our Graphic Design Process. For re-prints or files supplied by you, it is done here.
We use this step as a last-minute review to ensure you don’t require any changes to your design before passing them on to our Print Team.
To do this, we convert your files into a Web format and make them accessible via our Web Server. An email is then sent to you with the link for you to access and review. All you have to do is simply follow the link.
Very Important: Check the proof for any errors, inclding wording or typo errors.
  5. Printing your project.
After proofing, your print files are passed on to our Print Team who then immediately schedules your files for printing.
  6. Adding the finishing touches.
After printing, if your job requires any type of finishing service – cutting, scoring, perforating, laminating, or folding – it gets handed off to our team responsible for that service.
  7. Archiving your print files.
We automatically archive your projects print files for 1-year for any future printing. This will allow you to easily request a future print job using those same files. Just email or give us a call.
  8. Finally, delivering your print products.
Once your job is complete, it is immediately packaged up and scheduled for FREE delivery, right to your business’s doorstep.
