Overview of Our Process

Where do we start? It’s easy and fun… Follow us.
  1. Tell us about your project.
    One of our account executives specializing in graphic design will be assigned to you. Consider them your personal project manager. They will take control of your project from our end and make sure everything goes according to plan.
    First, they will setup a convenient time to call on you and discuss your project and its graphics needs. This will give us the opportunity to get a real understanding of your business, your project, and what you want to accomplish with it.
  2. Putting everything into a quote.
    After collecting the details about your project, your project manager will select our Graphic Designer most qualified for your projects needs. They will discuss your project in depth and come up with a cost based on the projects complexity and the design time needed.
    After finalizing the quote, we will email it to you for review. Upon acceptance, we continue to Step 3, our graphics design process.
    Note: To ensure client satisfaction, our quotes follow a "2 concepts, 2 revision" policy; 95% of the time that is all it takes, our teams are that good; and any additional revisions will only be billed at a ¼ hour rate.
  3. Graphics design process.
    This step is also known as our revision process. This is where our Graphic Designer takes all the current information and materials you have provided for the project and comes up with the graphics solution that best fits your needs.
  4. Proofing your design.
    This is a very important process and takes place after every revision It is probably the most important.
    This step allows you to review the progress of your project to ensure it clearly meets the set objectives and check for any typeset errors
    Once a revision is ready, it is converted into a Web format and made accessible via our Web Server. An email is then sent to you with the link for you to access and review. All you have to do is simply follow the link.
    If everything looks good, we are ready to move to Step 5. If it is still lacking a little something, just request another revision.
    If you are within the allowed revisions for your quote, then we simply move back to Step 3. If you are over the allowed revisions then we move back to Step 2, where we will quote you on the cost for any requested changes.
    Simply email us and let us know what changes you require, we will take care of the rest.
  5. Finally, delivering your files.
    NOTE - This step only is for custom graphics only, not if you use one of our existing templates. We maintain ownership of all of our templated designs.
    The moment of truth, your project is now complete and ready to go! See how simple it was.
    When your project is complete, we automatically prepare the graphic files into several commonly used formats. These formats include:
    Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop
    TIFF (.tiff)
    JPEG (.jpg)
    If you require another format, just let us know. We will be happy to try to accommodate your request.
    Your files can be delivered in two ways:
    1. Downloaded from our Web Servers.
    This allows you to immediately gain access to your graphic files. This method should only be used when:
    a) Graphics files are small
    b) Or Graphics files are large and you have a high-speed Internet connection
    2. Prepared on CD and delivered.
    This method usually takes 1-2 business days, but you will have all your files stored safely and ready to go on CD when you need them.
    Don’t worry we will let you know which will work best for you when we are at this step.
