One of our account executives specializing in digital copying will be assigned to you. Consider them your personal project manager. They will take control of your digital copying project from our end and make sure everything goes according to plan. This will allow you to focus on your normal day-to-day task.

After collecting the details about your digital copying needs, your project manager will compile a price list for you. If you need to convert your documents into an electronic format, that pricing information will also be included.

The price information is then emailed directly to you and your project manager will follow-up with a phone call to go over the pricing list and answer any questions you may have.

If this is a previous digital copying job and no changes have been made to the document, then your project manager will simply pull your files from our archive (done in Step 5) and hand them over to our Digital Copying Team.

If you need to have your documents converted into an electronic format, your project manager will give you the appropriate fax number for faxing over your documents. Once received, they will pass them over to our Graphic Design Team for conversion. See our Graphic Design Process for details on how that works.

If this is a new job or you have made changes to the original, just email your electronic documents to your project manager and they will hand them over to our Digital Copying Team.

Once your documents and your project specifications reach our Digital Copying Team, they will immediately begin to process it.

We automatically archive your project’s digital copying files. This will allow you to easily request a future digital copying job using those same files. Just contact your project manager via email or phone.

Once your digital copying job is complete, it is immediately packaged up and scheduled for FREE delivery, right to your business’s doorstep.
