Individuals must be motivated, be able to demonstrate an ability to work in a team-
oriented environment, and contain excellent communication skills. Minimum of 1-3
years related work experience.
Technician must be able to troubleshooting several different types of connectivity,
software, email, anti-virus, and various Internet related issues. The ability to give, and be
comfortable troubleshooting over the phone is a must.
Must be proficient in:
- Dealing with technical issues with non-technical users
- Ability to develop and document process and procedures
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Products and other common software
- In-depth knowledge of Windows 98/ME/NT2000/XP
- Providing excellent customer service
- Strong Sense of urgency and efficient on calls
- Network troubleshooting skills a plus
- Good Problem Solving and decision making skills

Work Schedule: M-F, some Saturdays 8am – 5pm; except
